To open a bank account, first, you have to go to a bank and express your desire to the manager of the bank. There are many kinds of accounts such as saving account, current account, fixed deposit account etc. Therefore, the manager will ask you about what type of account you want to open. Then he will provide you with a form to fill it up. Then, you need an introducer who has an account with that bank. The introducer will put his signature and account number on the form. You also have to attach two passport-size photographs. After that, you have to put your specimen signature on the signature card. Finally, you have to deposit a minimum amount of money or more in favour of your account number. Thus, you can open a bank account.
